PhD Mirjana Borota Popovska

Prof. Mirjana Borota Popovska is full time lecturer and Head of the Center for Management and Human Resource Development, at the Institute for Sociological Political and Juridical Research, University “St Cyril and Methodius” Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia. Her professional work is oriented toward research and teaching in the field of organizational strategy, human resource management, business ethics, professional development, organizational behaviour and change. Over the past years she has participated and managed a number of scientific and applied projects mainly in the field of organizational science and management, also published scientific papers in academics journals and conferences.https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Mirjana_Borota_Popovska.
