New generation of e-VIVA students at the Univerzitet Crne Gore. During spring of 2021 new generation of e-VIVA students of the University of Montenegro, started with course of development of service-related competencies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (Resource Management and Organization and Management in Road Traffic). Blended learning approach are used to facilitate and validate competence developments related to service orientation. Group presentations, projects, and discussion will take place throughout the courses.
Students were supervised by mentors and by the end of the course a self – assessment using Level 5 methodology will be performed. This self-assessment will be focusing on two key competences, spotting ideas and opportunities and teamwork.
