We are proud to share with you the commitment of our e-VIVA staff and students to support the fight against COVID-19. Group of engineers and students at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering – Univerzitet Crne Gore, together with volunteers, producers, designers, photographers, artists and doctors have gathered around the same idea to help health workers in Montenegro by using 3D printers to make protection visors and deliver them to the Montenegrin healthcare institutions.
In collaboration with other stakeholders, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering was so far able to produce and deliver more than 200 pieces of visors to the Montenegrin health institutions by using two 3D printers. One of these 3D printers was acquired by the support of the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission, budgeted under the e-VIVA Project.
